Same here, happens to me and all my friends at least once a night to each of us, and usually more than once.
last year it only happend in drop ins for me but this year its all over the place.. in drop ins after overtime its over 50% of the time.. my guess is that i have lost about 50 000 xp from this now and its a bug that has been here for over a year.. imagine this being a thing in UT and people not getting coins after wins..
