I've also had this problem before. What you need to do is delete your profile and make a new one. Don't worry it won't delete your online data, it will only delete offline data.

Same with mine, on pc, i've tried repairing the game, didnt work, ive uninstalled and reinstalled, didnt work, and now i've even updated the game and the problem is still there.
