FC 24 on my PC randomly crashes during gameplay

Hi EA. I think since the latest update FC 24 (which I bought in the EA app) randomly switches back to the desktop during gameplay, causing it to pause the game, then crash and completely freeze my P...

    Download and install all available Windows Updates

    Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833

    Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

    Check your machine meets the below requirements: 

    OS: Windows 10 - 64-Bit
    Processor(AMD): AMD Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.2 GHZ
    Processor(Intel): Intel Core i5-6600K @ 3.50GHz
    Memory: 8 GB
    Graphics Card(AMD): AMD Radeon RX 570 4GB
    Graphics Card(Nvidia): NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB
    Direct X: 12 Compatible video card or equivalent (feature level 12_0)
    Online Connection Requirements: 512kbps minimum internet speed. Internet Connection required to install and play.
    Hard Drive Space: 100 GB

    @EA_Barry

    I used SFC and it found errors which were all repaired. I don't know how that happened, but FC 24 seems to work fine now. I played a whole game and was able to save my progress.

    It also seems to have fixed a slight problem I had with BF 2042. The first time I tried to run it, it'd get stuck on the loading screen, but the second time it'd always run fine. Now though it just runs first time.
