GAME NOT IN LIBRARY

When you check your purchases does the order show as complete?

No, it doesn't show anything from EA FC SPORTS 24 in my order history,

However the code got accepted in EA Play, and it even wanted to download but got stuck at ''preparing''.
After clearing the cache as suggested it was gone from my library.
if I log into the web app, I can see my team for ea fc 24 and my 4600 points that I get with the ultimate purchase.(see attachment).
So I'm sure the game has been accepted because otherwise I wouldn't see those coins. I saw more people have this issue on the forum and other places.

From CDKeys.com, I have ordered here multiple times and never has been an issue so far.

You need to check if you received multiple codes @ItsKovan.

I haven't got multiple codes, I had one and was instantly accepted by EA play, saying I could start downloading.
I even see in the EA WEB app that my team / coins are there! So the code should 100% be fine!
It should be an error within EA then not the 3rd party retailer since it has been accepted and as you saw in my attachment even proof that ea has accepted it.

It's funny how more people have this issue and the chat has said to other people they are aware of this issue and are TRYING to fix it, so EA knows they're at fault here.

Anyone that can help from EA?! 

I have the game, I have proof, it's in the WEB APP. I HAVE THE ULTIMATE COINS.

But there's no fix, no help, no explanation, no posts from EA about this issue.

When you purchase from third party retailers there are risks and while a code may be accepted there's no guarantee it will work .

How else did I get those 4600 fifa points then?!
I can't have those if  EA doesn't accept the code.
