Game settings keep resetting

it’s been over a year now, a new rebranded game is out and yet i still can’t load EAFC 24 up without having to go through all of the start up [Edited] every time like on the old game. as well as all ...

    Here are some steps that others in the thread found helpful.

Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Player Career
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? every time I start the game all settings are reset to default. The controller, audio, difficulty level and language have all been reset. The game then starts as if I were a new user. Reloading profile settings doesn't help either, the only option is to reset everything every time. Even when the controller is switched on again, the control settings are reset to basics. Console reset/clear cache have no effect. This problem has been happening regularly since version Fifa22 and therefore seems to still not have been solved in FC24.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get to spend another 15 minutes of adjusting al my settings again.
What should be happening instead? Settings being saved

Same here on PS5.  I had the same problem in FIFA23 and it was never resolved.

It's strange that it doesn't seem like everyone has this problem.  It makes me wonder if there is a setting I'm missing, but I've tried everything.

Very frustrating to have to reset everything.  Makes me want to move on to a different game.

    @Buzmaniii I truly believe that this is not an accident & if you ever complain about anything & dont pay for packs you have a black mark against your profile. I'm playing against similar players (in team/skill) & my 99pace players are slower than other players whole teams..... & it infuriating. Every time i go to get promoted to new division my settings crash & my team cant tackle/pass/hit the target from 6yards out. 🤔😡
