Hi Sorry I didn't see you reply, I was on Holiday.
Yes my eafc 24 is still broken with the same problem, I got my friend to log onto my account and it had the same problem for him, so I believe it is a problem with my account.
If your still free to help I would be very grateful.
p.s this is my actual account connected to my steam. the other one is just a random one I made.

@VXIEclipse If it is account related, we would need to reach out to support. We cannot see account related issues here. However, if it is a profile issue, I would try the following and see if these change.
First, Let's try clearing out corrupted files. From the main in-game menu, navigate to Customize > Profile > Delete to bring up the game's file list. Delete all files except Online Pro-files, and Any files with Career or Journey in the name, These are Career or Journey Mode saves and will not be re-downloaded.
Navigate to customize>online settings> matching-making options> change the approximate matching-making location option.
- @EA_Shepard If the issue they have is the same as mine you can’t even get as far as the in-game menus, as soon as you select your profile after the loading screen it bails on you, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and same issues…
