HELP!! Cannot change active EVO-Player. Will probably lose paid content!!

Bug Description

1) Got to "My Evolutions"

2) Chose a non-active evolution

3) Hold down A button (this seems to be the new UI and it is buggy) until it turned fully green

4) Nothing happens!!! (Bug) I expect here the chosen evo should actually become the new active evo

1) Yesterday evening I finished "Patrick Who" on Süle. Afterwards I switched to Stefan de Vrij. But in the usual way by only pressing A. Nothing happened but since I was in a hurry I did not notice. So I played three matches without him being active. Okay that was my bad for being too dull not to realize that nothing changed.

2) BUT WHAT IS REALLY INFURIATING. Since I cannot change the active player anymore. I have to complete the Evolutions in a totally suboptimal order. Currently my active Evo is Chloe Kelly with "Cut Inside". Cut Inside cost me 500 FC Points and still has three days left. Apart from that I have three more running Evos:

- Finisher1: Malen (base) with FC Founder II and Founder Upgrade. Malen cost me some 35k coins plus two valuable Evos.

- Finisher2: Ikone (base) with Budding Starlet

- Patrick Who: Stefan de Vrij (TOTW)

Since I am forced to do Cut Inside first I will very likely not have enough time to finish all of the other three Evos. Each of the three players above is of some value. I would hate to lose them to a an unfinished Evo!! Plus the money I spent on the Finisher Evos!!!

Yes of course I could just play the necesary amount of hours. But I have a job and family. So I selected the Evos in a way that I can somehow manage to fulfil them. Being forced to do them in some random order simply screws my plans. And I would hate to neglect my real life duties just because of your bug.

I hope you understand that this is a really annoying and disappointing situation. I have little hoped that you will fix the problem in time for me to get back to my original evo order (yesterday night is already lost). I wonder if you can compensate me for my losses. But this is also difficult since not only the evos are wasted but the players as well.
