Hi , i cant log into the companion app or the the web app

Hi i cant log on the companion app or web app its telling me EA Account server unavailable ‘ there was a problem connecting to the ea account server ive tried my friend account and it work perfectly...

I can login into my companion app but every time I open a pack, the app crashes and logs me out. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still an issue
