Since about 930pm PST last night I have been unable to log into the companion or web app. I can log into the counsel (Xbox)… but I can’t even get through the login in the app. Some people report they can get in but get bumped when opening packs.
this has been about 11 hours now… Does EA have a reason as to why this is happening?? Is it the new promo cutscene for the new FC 25 game causing this bug?

Same for me! I’m on vacation and away from the console. Tried to login to collect Rivals rewards and do daily SBCs, but keep getting the same issue. Deleted app and reinstalled, followed all steps online, nothing works.
Yeah I cleared web browser data, restarted my phone, etc… nothing.
some friends of mine have no issue tho. So weird.
I just contacted EA chat - last night they said everyone is having an issue today they told me I’m transfer banned. Which is weird bc I haven’t done any transfer banning type offenses and never to any emails or dings on my account
I really don’t see how I can be transfer banned… I didn’t get a notice to my email and I don't have anything on my infractions or ban history on my account?
wouldn't I get a notice?
More update… new chat specialist said I’m not banned many have this issue on a global level but only effecting some accounts
