Hi , i cant log into the companion app or the the web app

Hi i cant log on the companion app or web app its telling me EA Account server unavailable ‘ there was a problem connecting to the ea account server ive tried my friend account and it work perfectly...

I really don’t see how I can be transfer banned… I didn’t get a notice to my email and I don't have anything on my infractions or ban history on my account?

wouldn't I get a notice?

More update… new chat specialist said I’m not banned many have this issue on a global level but only effecting some accounts

    Hello EA??? Issue is still present after 24 hours + - cannot log into web app or companion app but the Xbox counsel is fine.
