Hi , i cant log into the companion app or the the web app

Hi i cant log on the companion app or web app its telling me EA Account server unavailable ‘ there was a problem connecting to the ea account server ive tried my friend account and it work perfectly...

I'd feel more confident about this if there was any official acknowledgement from ea on any official support channel. Instead we're given some generic advice that never solves anything.
