When is this issue going to be resolved? This has been going on since 930pm PST for me… no web or companion app access (server connectivity issue) but works on Xbox …
this is going on 1.5 days now… almost 36 hours… with no even formal recognition of the issue. Also, chat has been turned off as an option on EA help to discuss this with an agent.
I just was able to log into the companion app!!!!
However I still cannot open packs without getting logged out lol
Still not able to login web app.
