Hi , i cant log into the companion app or the the web app

Hi i cant log on the companion app or web app its telling me EA Account server unavailable ‘ there was a problem connecting to the ea account server ive tried my friend account and it work perfectly...

I think, that this problem is only with accounts who had bought EA FC 25 pre-order.

Because I have this issue with account with EA FC 25 preoder. And the same time I dont have any issues with other account without EA FC 25

@footballnubxxx I think the same, it's can be the issue. I have preordered too. And i don't have an issue for the acc without preorder.

Still not working for me.
I Dont know what else I can do. It is relatively sad with futties dropping soon.
