I have had the same problem. I tried my other account and that works for me. It seems like its affecting ones who pre-ordered the game
@charlesman10easStop guessing this nonsense, previous answers proofed that this is wrong. Also on my end, I have not preordered and have this issue
@blazius26 I am saying what's happening on my end, My main EA account is not working, whilst my other one is. Its pretty interesting that the account I haven't pre-ordered is working on the Companion App whilst the other one isn't
My wild guess, I ordered EAFC 24 and there's splash screen for FC25 promotion. I didn't preorder, I cannot login webapp or iOS app.
My son using the same xbox, there's no splash screen for FC 25 promotion when playing FC 24. His account has no issue login web app and can open pack without any issue.
It's not a pre order thing. I didn't pre order at all and one can log in and the other can't.
EDIT: Now I can log in on both accounts but still can't open packs without being booted.
Yeah same issue my end companion app seems to work I did pre order fc 25 and assume it’s due to that and it perhaps wanting me to play fc 25 first ti use the same online facilities ?
@BreakJaNeck86 its very strange what’s happening. Whatever the reason hopefully it will be sorted soon.
