I have had the same problem. I tried my other account and that works for me. It seems like its affecting ones who pre-ordered the game
It's not a pre order thing. I didn't pre order at all and one can log in and the other can't.
EDIT: Now I can log in on both accounts but still can't open packs without being booted.
Yeah same issue my end companion app seems to work I did pre order fc 25 and assume it’s due to that and it perhaps wanting me to play fc 25 first ti use the same online facilities ?
@BreakJaNeck86 its very strange what’s happening. Whatever the reason hopefully it will be sorted soon.
@Benji317It’s quite frustrating. I can’t on either the companion or web app with my main account.
Update
I went in to FUT on main account on my Xbox and came out again. That seems to have sorted it out from the sense that I can get onto the companion app with my main account. It maybe worth going onto your console and logging and logging out on FUT.
It still kicks me out after opening a pack though
