How can I transfer my ultimate team to another Xbox account?

Hi,

My Xbox account was blocked by Microsoft without any reason. Now I can't sign in on the FC24 since the Xbox account was locked, but I paid a lot for the ultimate team mode on FC24. Is that possible to transfer my EA account and keep the game progress to another Xbox account? Please let me know.

Transferring your Ultimate Team and content to another Xbox account isn't something we can look into, you aren't able to move any content over to a new account.

Instead, you'll need to contact Microsoft support to help get the ban removed off your account.

Hi, thanks for answering. What if they cannot help me unlock the account, is that mean I will lose the game progress?

If the ban isn't lifted through Microsoft, you will not be able to access your content on this account.
