How to get redeemed code history ?

Question

I bought a fc 24 points card and when I tried to redeem it said the code is invalid, I tried a second time and It said code been redeemed already, when I enter my account to verify if I redeemed the points but I have not, so now I need a redeem history to provide to the retailer that the code wasn't claimed by me but looks like there is no option to view my redeem history, and I been trying to contact ea support but there is no chat live button or the email to get in touch with ea support and I can't even create a new case on the help.ea site it only redirects me to the help page or the answers ea forum.

So can I get some help on how to get the history or how can I contact ea

yeah same thing and that's annoying, it's called ea help but you can't even get in touch with them to get some help&nbsp;

This has also happened to me yesterday where has seemed to bug out and now my code is saying redeemed and I haven't received my points. Also I cant speak to the customer service because on the page where you input details before you get to customer service, the drop down for what platform is busted and wont actually give you options as you need that to submit the a complaint.

I purchased 5900 points and then it said it was redeemed already and so bought another lot and they also say they have been redeemed I don’t know why but I’m not out of pocket and would love a solution.

that's outrageous, what's more&nbsp;outrageous is you can't contact ea support, so you stuck you don't know what to do
