I bought EA FC 24 and when i try to install it i get this error:

Normally, when you get this error when trying to link an account, it means that account is already linked. This is something an advisor can look into for you by opening a case here. Thanks!

I've already tried to uninstall both apps
Changed passwords on both accounts
Cleared cache
There are no linked accounts on my ea nor my epic
Still cant get it to work
Can you help me?
