I haven't received my EA Play rewards in over 2 months
I have been an EA Play subscriber for a few months now and I was expecting to receive my rewards (FC points, TOTW1 Player, unlocked playstyle slot in Clubs and the items from the Nike promotion). However, they have not been added to my account yet. I tried contacting EA Support but they emailed me saying that they do not monitor my email address anymore and will not reply. I've had my EA account for over a decade and it is deeply disappointing that I have no fixes for my problem. I'd love to get some help from this forum.
