I keep getting an error saying I can't buty packs with FC points EAFC 24

When I go to the store, the web app instantly gives me an error saying "sorry you cannot get packs with FC points. You can still get packs with coins." What is the issue here?

Hey everyone, I just wanted to inform you all that FC Points will not be usable until September 22nd. Please note that this is working as intended. We appreciate your patience. You will be able to enjoy your points starting tomorrow.Thank you for understanding.

@Finetunedchaos1 I was watching a yourtube video and they had the option to use FP next to the coins purchase option. But if that is the case than thats fine. I just thought it was a bug or something.

@Finetunedchaos ik but i have 1600 fp from fifa 23 and i have it now in web app, but it doesnt appear any option for buying with fc points in shop, and it says that error

Got a friend on pc who spent all 4600 points. So, it should work.

@Finetunedchaos1 some can use the points on PC 🙂 So everyone should get it

@jxshalfano Yeah been having the same issue and some of my mates can already spend their points, makes the start of the game so much harder to grind

i got on the web app and i have fc points ready to spend however it wont let me. It says (Sorry youcant get packs with fc points. you can still get packs with coins.) anyone help?
