@moteyvaifc Ah, so it's about the Web App. I've just tested logging in myself and had no issues. Haven't heard of other players with issues either.Could you try clearing your browsers cache and cookies? Or using another browser all together?

@moteyvaifc Ah, so it's about the Web App. I've just tested logging in myself and had no issues. Haven't heard of other players with issues either.

Could you try clearing your browsers cache and cookies? Or using another browser all together?

Hey @moteyvaifc,

this seems to be the EA account login signup. In order to use the EA Companion App, you'll simply have to log in with your EA account credentials.

thats the problem. even after typing all credentials and clicking the login button, nothing happens. not even a error message. only this message "javascript&colon;void(0);" appears for slight seconds after clicking the login button at the bottom of the page

@moteyvaifc Hmm, that sounds a bit weird. What device are you using? Have you tried reinstalling the app yet, if that helps?
