Issue with Nintendo Pro Controller on FC24

When i try to play FC24 with a Nintendo Pro Controller the controller is considered by the game as the keyboard so the right joystick stand por the mouse. But when I try to laucnh a game the controller player appaers but i can't change is team and my controller is moving the keyboard player. 

I already tried to launch the game on Steam and remap my controller especially for the joystic so they don't emulate a mouse. I also tried to disable the steam controller support but nothing is working.

Do you have any other ideas I can try ?
