Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you're playing over a wireless connection, but you also mention being wired. Have you tired both connections and the same thing is happening on each?
Also, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.

Thanks. Your tests show you're wired. That's great. I'd definitely recommend you stick to it and not go back to wireless. I'm also noticing you've got packet loss. That normally is coming from either your equipment or ISP. What troubleshooting have you attempted? Also, have you spoken with your ISP to see if they can do some testing on your connection/equipment?

For anybody else reading this, please take this thread as another example of EA really not giving a damn about us. I hate that I enjoy football and want a good footballing game and EA unfortunately has us in a stranglehold with the monopoly they currently enjoy.
