Linked accounts ps5
I recently bought a ps5 and I bought fc24. I try to connect to online mode for the game and I get the credentials expired. I went to my Playstation account and saw that I had my ps4 and ps5 linked to the same account. I have not played my ps4 since 2020 and since I no longer have access to the console, I had to unlink all consoles on that account. I booted up my ps5 and turned on the console sharing etc so I could link my EA account to it. Well when I went to EA and hit connections, the link option for the psn says my account is already linked to a cd*****@disabled.ea.com account. I said okay and created a different EA account with another e-mail to see if that might work. Well I get the same message when I hit link. Any ideas here? I bought the ps5 cause my fiancee is pregnant and instead of being in computer room I can be downstairs around her when she's doing something. I really need help fellas 🙏

This is something that our support team will need to investigate for you. It seems that your PSN ID may be linked to an old account that hasn't been used for a while.
Check also if resetting your password will help you activate that account.
