Login verification code sent but cannot enter the code

When it shows login verification where I can click continue button to send me a code to my email, after i hit the continue button, it says now’s a bad time. And i am not able to do anything but close...

Im using Xbox..after put verification code..then click continue button...the screen still no action at all..like hang..ea plz fix this..

    Can you close the game and try again ?

    Additionally, you can try a different method to receive the code. Here is an article How to turn on EA Login Verification to help you.

    If you are still experiencing the issue, could you share a screenshot of the error ?

      Already close the game so many times..try again but the problem still exists... click the continue button but nothing happen...so sad unable to play ultimate team again.. hope ea team solved this issue as soon possible..

        Konnte es jemand schon lösen, weil EA kriegt das nicht hin

      This helped me in the way it originally attended to

      I haven't been able to login to ultimate team on my Xbox for ea fc 24

      But i have now just turned off login verification code and i a finally logged in and playing after almost 2 months off trying to login and not throwing my controller out the window
