Login verification code sent but cannot enter the code

When it shows login verification where I can click continue button to send me a code to my email, after i hit the continue button, it says now’s a bad time. And i am not able to do anything but close...

I'm going to raise this issue with our team here to have it investigated. Since there is another thread with the same issue, I've merged them both together. I'll provide an update when I have one.

    I play fc24 on xbox & since yesterday I tried to enter the code & press continue it doesn't progress, I already uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and it's still the same, I'm from Mexico & I don't know why this happens

    @Cesar_Cruz04 Reset to factory settings it works then go reload the game it will ask for code put in code and it works

    So just completely resetting the Xbox and it works

    I also have the same issue in fc 24 on Xbox series x. How do you reset your factor settings?
