When it shows login verification where I can click continue button to send me a code to my email, after i hit the continue button, it says now’s a bad time. And i am not able to do anything but close the fifa24 app. i received the code but cannot enter it.

Im using Xbox..after put verification code..then click continue button...the screen still no action at all..like hang..ea plz fix this..

*Solved*Hi all, I had the exact same problem and unfortunately EA were unable to help me.However, I figured out a solution,Step 1 log out of your ea account (on phone or pc)Step 2 log back in to ea account on phone or pcStep 2 go to settings/my account its the person icon at the topStep 3 click security and under login verification turn it off.Then go on to your xbox quit the ea sports fc game if the application or quick resume is on. Restart the game and this should fix the issues as that's what I did and no issues since.

Hello @tigermalaya13 @wannawan86 , Can you close the game and try again ? Additionally, you can try a different method to receive the code. Here is an article How to turn on EA Login Verification to help you. If you are still experiencing the issue, could you share a screenshot of the error ?

Already close the game so many times..try again but the problem still exists... click the continue button but nothing happen...so sad unable to play ultimate team again.. hope ea team solved this issue as soon possible..

@bigchopper205 Open your ea.com account bro, go to settings >> security >> and turn off the activation code, that helped me the problem disappeared, and I can play online again 🤩🤙🏻

I haven't been able to login to ultimate team on my Xbox for ea fc 24
But i have now just turned off login verification code and i a finally logged in and playing after almost 2 months off trying to login and not throwing my controller out the window
