Lost my loan players due to bug

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Put in loan Maldini and loan Cafu to try them out as about to spend more of my coins on SBCs for them. However due to the EA server issues the game immediately disconnects as soon as game starts. Only after some attempts did I see the warning that the loans were running out, the match counter it seems still runs even though the game only played 0 - 1 seconds. This is not acceptable - I used SBCs/coins for these loans and now I have lost them due to the EA servers. (See my account you can see the history of the matches and who i had just put in my teams and I never even got to try them). Please compensate.

What should be happening instead? The game should play properly. Or if it doesn't then loan counter should not go down by one for 1 second of match played before disconnect.
