My EA FC 24 Early Access has been removed?

i pre order the game from the ea app and pre load after finish downloade i see game unavilable (stander edition)

I bought ea fc 24 ultimate edition and played it normally until today.

However, since the new update, i can’t start the game anymore as it tells me to wait for the official release, on september 29th… 

Not being able to play the game i just bought is super annoying !

EAFC24 I bought the game then took the ea play for 10 hours but it asks me to buy the game again

Yesterday I had a problem with launching the game, even though I have the ultimate version, the game displayed a message that it will be available only on September 29, 2023. After contacting the support, I managed to regain access to the game, but after activating the ultimate team mode, I cannot enter any game (Squad battles, rivals, moments, UT Live - none of them works). EA Help keeps throwing an error and I can't contact support to fix the problem. What should I do in this situation? The message I receive when trying to enter a match is visible in the attachment

I bought my code from eneba and since the 22nd I can’t play it says coming soon although I have the ultimate edition of the game and Ea doesn’t reply on my emails so this is really annoying and makes us feel scammed to be honest 

Bought the game on CDkeys 21 hours ago and still hasn't been shown in my library. The game was confirmed to be there by multiple EA chat helpers but I just can't see it. I've been told to be patient and wait but there is no time frame and the whole point of purchasing ultimate edition is to have early access, can't have early access if the game is hidden.
