My game is stuck on THIS SOFTWARE CANNOT BE USED AT THE SAME TIME AS THE GAME

I purchased EA Play from steam 2 days ago to play some favourite game titles of mine, but when I added all those games into my steam account, it got stuck on the splash screen. It has been happeing with all the EA games which are included into the EA Play subscription. Kindly help me out here.

Hey there,

It seems that there might be a software running in the background preventing EA Anticheat from running. You can try a Clean Boot to see if this helps: How to clean or safe boot your computer
