Never Ending "Please Reset Your password" Loop

I've bought FC24 and every time I open the game, I get a screen that says my login credentials have expired, but all I have to do is reset my password. I've now reset my password multiple times but I just get stuck in the same loop.

I previously opened a case with EA help and they said it was "resolved" but nothing happened, nor did I receive any help. I have another case open currently.

    Hey @squiremaster,

    Am I right in saying that you play on a console? If so, it sounds like it might already be linked to an old or disabled EA account, and not the one you're resetting the password of. I'd recommend reaching out to live support about this; they should be able to help you get into your game. Granted, you mention you've tried this before, but have you tried reaching out via a chat instead? Try selecting different problem categories, you should get the chat option before too long.

    I have the same issue for my kid account 

    and many players are struggling with the same on social media accounts

    No i had not,

    going to live chat directly is not easy

    however , it is not only me, many players are affected by this

    @creativity343,

    Unfortunately I can't share a direct link, but if you try different problem categories for "EA account" under game support you should see the option to start a chat before too long.

    I’m having this same issue and there is no live chat support so I’m also unsure how to fix. When I do a search on EA forums there are no results for this issue
