No live chat, nothing..

There is no live chat, unless I log out. But it wants me to log in to use live chat, once logged in, it does nothing.

Do not bother telling me to send an email as they never reply. It takes 10 days to type a few words out, which seems like an excuse to kick the can down the road.

I have been banned unfairly for  "competitive edge", which I had to find out myself. That took me less the 30 minutes to find out, by downloading the data. Not 10 days.

I won 6 games in champs because people decided to score own goals and quit, probably so they can get their rewards, as it was a Sunday night, and the last game I did the same thing, Which I believe resulted in the unjustified ban.

Right now, I am down £60 as I cannot even access offline games..

Fix your ban system.
