Yes, I'm experiencing the same issue, and I'm also getting the "unable to connect to EA servers" error. I can't connect online in any way, not even in FIFA 23 or the FC 24 Web App. I was playing the FC 24 early access just fine until yesterday, but now I can't access anything.
In addition, everything is very slow in my EA App, information takes a long time to load, and I also encounter errors when trying to log in to the EA App.

Hey, everyone. I just found out that this is an issue on our end that is being investigated. We'll have to wait for an update to have this addressed. Apologies for the frustration. We'll get it resolved as soon as possible.
@EA_Aljo Thanks for acknowledging. A real shame I paid extra and are unable to play. I know it’s probs difficult to give out any compensation for this but would be nice if it could be looked into.
@EA_Aljo can we please be kept updated on this issue having just tried again this evening I still cannot access. I’m now way behind on rewards and earning coins.
Unfortunately, I can't use a mobile hotspot for the connection. My desktop doesn't support mobile connections; I use a wired connection. My internet is fine; there's no instability in the connection. It's just that EA services are completely unavailable to me.

You should still be able to have a wireless connection to your mobile device generating the hotspot. Regardless, we're aware of this issue and are working to resolve it.
