Unfortunately, I can't use a mobile hotspot for the connection. My desktop doesn't support mobile connections; I use a wired connection. My internet is fine; there's no instability in the connection. It's just that EA services are completely unavailable to me.

Community ManagerYou should still be able to have a wireless connection to your mobile device generating the hotspot. Regardless, we're aware of this issue and are working to resolve it.
