@EA_Aljo unlike others mine is still not working, I'm hoping the fix/update you mentioned fixes it as haven't been able to play since Monday.

@EA_Aljo this error has re occurred for me. I was playing fine yday and today and have now just tried and getting the error again ☹️

There are still issues here, friend...
I use the EA App, and when I tried to start the game today, a message appeared saying that "the latest synchronization was interrupted," but I proceeded to start the game anyway. Upon entering the game, I had the unpleasant surprise of the error "unable to connect to EA servers." In other words, I couldn't connect to any online features of FC24.
After trying multiple times, I managed to connect and enter Ultimate Team, but there are still matchmaking errors, and the UT menus are unresponsive at times.
In addition, of course, to the "our servers are on the bench" error, which also occurs at certain times...

Guys without any help from EA, I found a fix for it myself. Heres what I did: Connect console to hotspot, enter EA FC and connect to servers. If it connects properly, disconnect hotspot and re connect your wifi and re enter EA FC. It should work, thats what I did after not being able to play for a week.

Yep I’m still getting this issue, game has been available for me for around 2 and a bit weeks and I’ve managed to play about 4 times. Can we escalate this issue @EA_Aljo as this is just getting silly now and I’m losing my patience with it.

Come on now, this is absurd, you cannot sell a game and have people unable to play online. I bought this exclusively to play with friends.

Haven't been able to connect once since purchase. On Xbox Series X. Have done all the troubleshooting. Every time I get the "Our servers are the bench right now" message.

Saw this and decided to give it a try myself. Downloaded the Xbox One version, it works perfectly, connects right away, no issues. Unfortunately I can’t cross gen play with my friends because I’d be willing to deal with the bad graphics. Hopefully this is fixed soon…
