Packs doesn't appear in my store but i see number notification

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I cannot open packs, they dont even show up in my store but still got marker I have 3 packs over there. Same thing on WebApp, mobile Companion and in game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Displaying packs marker but there's nothing in store
What should be happening instead? Show the packs and be able to open them
