[PC] FC24 Won't Open. "There is a problem with your game's setup."

I installed FC24 through Steam. When I open it, the anticheat splash shows up for around 10 seconds, and then I am met with an error: "There is a problem with your game's setup. Please reinstall your game."

I reinstalled it twice and tried various things to fix the error. To no success.

Someone told me to check C:/ProgramData/Origin/Logs

There was a log file for FC24. Opening it shows this:

oo2core_9_win64 does exist in the FC24 directory AND the System32 directory. Why does this happen, any ideas?
