PC Lag and Stuttering after Monday

Does anyone know of a solution for lag and stuttering for this **** game? The weekend was going perfect the game 1440p, 60fps, all good, Tuesday suddenly takes a long time to start, stops in the menus and play the games is impossible, the player you control does not move or does 3 weeks later, all the time stopping and giving lags, EA has done its magic again to break the game? is there any solution for this? or we are abandoned by the hand of EA unfortunately? 

I have tried other games that ask for more requirements than this one and they go perfect, I do not understand anything.
