Pc restarts when exiting FC24

This has been happening for about a week now for me, all the recommended fixes did not work, I reckon its something to do with EA anticheat, when I quit the game it just blue screens with this error- kernel_apc_pending_during_exit. It only occurs on games running on the EA launcher. 

I am getting the exact same one, it's not a Windows problem. I spoke to various technicians, had an OS reinstall and still the same issue. Can not be a hardware issue since all other games that are more demanding work perfectly fine. EA are not being helpful at all.

Could you please share your Dxdiag with us so we can see your system specs and suggest anything else you might try? 

When this happened, please also let us know what game mode you were playing at the time and how you closed the game. 

Try also to disconnect any other devices connected to your PC (except the keyboard and mouse) and try again. 

Create a new admin account and launch the game on it.

It’s only eafc24 that this happens on. Quit the game and PC restarts.  Madden23 running fine.  Repaired game, reinstalled EAFC24.  Latest BIOS and windows 10 updated.  What in the world is goin on EA?

I truly thank you for trying to help us, but it seems to me that you guys at EA dont understand, this has nothing to do with our system specs nor with our operating system.

We have already done a lot of thing to solve this issue, none of them worked. We dont need to create a new admin account, we have already told you, every game woirks like a charm, the system works perfect except with this game.

This is the third time im going to repeat when the issue happens, its not under any game mode, its when you exit the game, press b to close the game,yes or no, yes, then blue screen and pc restarted.
You guys need to investigate the cause of the issue in your latest patch and/or your anti cheat system.

I'm just trying to confirm what else might be causing this on your PCs since the issue is not widely spread. There are many different reasons why your PC might crash. Perhaps there's something in common, and dxdiag is a good starting point. 

Please take a look, unfortunately I can not give you the dump files from the game. Even after today's patch it is still happening.

so everyone knows It the Kernel Level issues with EA Anti-Cheat it causing issues there a 9 Pager over at BF2042 we are thinking it something to do with Asus software but if i am wrong please post what system u have more Info EA has the more it would be better for everyone and @EA_Pulsar it is Wide Speard between FC24 and BF2042 people are reporting BSOD because of the Kernel
