Something is definitely off with the pc version this year.
It looks nothing like what consoles are playing in terms of fluidity/ game speed.

Latest nvidia drivers but not any game ready
Game stutters not bad dropping down to medium. But still awful at corners and restarts when it goes from cinematic camera to game camera.
But in general the game feels so delayed and heavy and slow.
@JoeHUK Have you compared it to a current gen console version yourself?
