Players keep running in a straight line and can’t switch to another player

Players just keep running legit ruining the game I can’t play with it I try defend can’t get near coz it keeps running off or won’t let me switch I’ve tested my Wi-Fi it’s perfect my controller is fine works on any other game but not ea fc 24
