Please help I can’t play the game online at all

Hi 3rd time I’m posting because no one gets back to me but what the hell is wrong with this game! I literally can never connect to ea servers or online servers no matter what I try and I can’t connect.. I have over 1000+ mbps so no it’s not my internet that’s the problem. What can I do? It’s ridiculous. I payed full price for a rubbish game I can’t ever play! Someone has got to have had this problem or surely there is a fix!  Roll on fifa2k
