Pre order bonus not received

I didn't receive my pre order bonus packs with haaland and not my 4500 ea points, even though I pre ordered the ea 24 ultimate edition on steam. Please EA check this as soon as possible since I want to be able to use the web app properly.

The game is standing in my library on steam, but is not standing on my library on EA. I am sure that the 2 are linked, Since I've played apex yesterday through it.

I did just change my country, Since I actually never did that before to try find the solution, but this didn't fix it either. my adress was still standing on my ea account on Belgium even though that I live in South Africa. Now that I've changed that, I can still not see my game

I pre-ordered EAFC 24 on 07/16/2023

But in my PS4 I can not see it under the purchased section of my game library. Please help me out. It should be available for download from today but does not show up on my PS4. In the PS app it shows pre-ordered but Playable on PS5 only the same as on the website.

What can I do now? I tried to ea support they said to contact PSN support. PSN support says they can only assist with this as it is playable on PS5 only.

This has been very troublesome and I found no solution anywhere. EA says it is dual entitlement so why is it saying playable on PS5 only? I don't even own a PS5.

EA support and PSN support both has been horrible in my experience. I'm only a student with a few bucks as a monthly allowance

To get the pre order content, you will need to launch the game as you won't be able to see your content on the Web App.

Don't worry, it is normal that nothing shows on the web app. A first login on the game tomorrow will unlock everything.

I pre ordered the normal edition of ea fc 24.

and i am playing the 10 hour trails right now but i didn’t receive the fc founders pack. What do i do.

I'm on eafc but I don't have my founders packs or evolution 

I preordered the ultimate edition but I still have not received the Totw pack. I have received everything else such as the loans and the fc points but I have not received the Totw pack.
