Pre order bonus not received

Sane here. Missing the TOTW pack…. And anything else besides the founder package.

is this a joke or what paid 110 EUROS for just a game ... where is my packs, points and all other stuff got nothing .... or give us a refund. I feel like I've been scammed

I think maybe 19:00 because the Nike campaign strarts then 

I recieved the Haaland loan player, but no extra packs or 4600 FC points as promised.
I bought EA Play PRO more than a month beforehand just to recieve these rewards.

I have the same problem i receive everything but i don't receive the pack ultimate team of the week

I also have not received my founders pack so I cannot do the objective

same I did not receive my totw 1...

Hi there i haven't received my ea sports fc 24 ultimate edition pre order bonus no 4600 points no erling haaland 7 game player either this leaves me really unhappy can someone from EA help please
