Pre order bonus not received

Same here.

My problem is a bit different.

I bought the pre-order through my PS5 on my account, but wanted it for my son to use it as he's a child under my main account. 

I had assumed that if he is the first to log on to FC24 then he would get the pre-order stuff but it seems not to be the case. I have done this sort of thing in other games before.

I play it on PC and got my pre-order bonus so that's fine, I don't play it on PS. 

Is there anyway I can get the pre-order stuff to pop up on my son's account on the PS5? I don't want to open FC24 on my PS5 account as it will give me all that stuff and it'll be locked in. 

EA doesn't seem to allow us to open any help cases any longer.

I preordered ultimate edition on 8/19 and didn't get the appropriate rewards.  Xbox, preorder directly from MS store on the console.  Didn't get any of this:

Access to Nike Ultimate Team Campaign
TOTW 1 Ultimate Team Player Item
Nike Ultimate Team Loan Player Item for 24 matches
Nike x EA Sports FC Ultimate Team Kit
Untradeable UCL/UWCL Hero

With all due respect, EA get your **** together -- every year i can't give you my money fast enough and every year its the same damned bugs in the game and the same damned waiting for promised promotions.  

I have the points and packs but they were meant for my sons account. He is in my family on the PS4 and logged in under another email address. Is there a way to transfer all the benefits to his profile?

please repond EA.  just put the pack in the store for 50 coins or free or send it out again.  lots of people missing the pack and cannot do objectives.

Haven't received my points or promotions 

Same missing my totw player and other stuff. Tried restarting console etc. Still not there. At least I got my 4500 points. But still not good enough EA
