- @marek13333 Hi, if you have the game in Steam, you need to click on the "get additional content" button next to the game launch button in the Steam library.
Bought the game 2 days ago in Ultimate Edition - I've contacted support, send them everything but still they're not able to reply.
It is some kind of joke? It is that hard to actually check my details?
Is really frustrating, how long I am supposed to wait for my points and others?- @EA_Hux This is not true. I have not been given my pre-order rewards, I've played over 40 games and I still haven't gotten my TOTW pack, a feature I paid extra for. What am I meant to do?
In my case, I pre ordered the standard version for the PS5 and at the download page there was the ps4 and PS5 and also a page with the pre order items, but silly me, I went back and now I can't find that page and I also didn't get the pre order items ☹️

As the title says. Still missing content, not received my totw 1 player still. Not really fussed about that, more concerned that if that’s case, I won’t receive my untradeable hero either.
