Previous Season Rewards FC24

I completed all of the XP levels of the previous season but did not claim all of the rewards. The rewards were not automatically claimed as in previous years. I can go to the previous season and see ...

I completed all of the XP levels of the previous season but did not claim all of the rewards. The rewards were not automatically claimed as in previous years. I can go to the previous season and see the rewards but there is no option to claim them. Is there a fix?
