Previous Season Rewards FC24

I completed all of the XP levels of the previous season but did not claim all of the rewards. The rewards were not automatically claimed as in previous years. I can go to the previous season and see ...

my counter stays at 1, i think it was a reward from season 1. Can this be fixed? Already struggeling few weeks with this ☹️
