can someone say what is the problem and how i can fix it? Game will start as ususl, loading screen display, connect to the EA account is OK also, but then will display attached screen and nothing works…. 🫣 music plays in the background, you can skip songs, but this is the only thing is possible to do.
I will be happy for some advice and comment.

yes, i did. However it seems something help (i can not tell what exactly was the step to solve the issue) and game is functional again! Thanks for advices, help and support!
Community ManagerHave you tried deleting any existing settings or save files?
If that doesn’t help, you could also try reinstalling the game, as that may resolve the issue.
