Purchase 12000 fc points in store but no receive

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I top up 12000 fc points but don't receive!
What happens when the bug occurs? No receive FC points
What should be happening instead? Should have receive 12000 FC points
I just top up 12000 FC points and is already deduct money from my bank. After purchase show me thank you message but I don't receive the 12000 FC points!
@El_Unico_S2 If you log out of the game, and log into the web app or companion app and they aren't there, give it a couple of hours. After that, if they are not on your account, you will need to reach out to support so that they can check that out with you.
